wow where did the time go so fast.  Just back from Extravaganza in Barcelona on Monday and it's Friday already.
Got ROM in Belfast tomorrow which should be good, my first time doing training  :)

Quiet night in tonight I think as we look forward to tomorrow and then my first Weight Loss Challenge starts on Monday, so that's another frog out of the way lol
Tuesday should see the delivery of our 24 products which we can't wait to try

Away for the weekend

Alma and i are away this weekend to Derby for a Herbalife training day we have had a few people interested in joining us on this new business venture so hopefully we are gonna be busy from now on. see you all when we return,have a good weekend folks.

job interview

well went for a job interview today as an NVQ assessor which was good so we will wait and see, then went to see my boss from last job and the number of people who were OMG and jaw dropping amazed when they saw me made me feel great.  Handed out a few brochures and cards so hopefully will get something out of it.
Godson's birthday so went to see him on my way home and give him his birthday card and pressie which was much appreciated got a big hug for it lol

wow what a week.  WHWN on Monday with  a brilliant speaker in David Christie, and then a new mini site for Herbalife distributors to share their own journey where I was introduced to the 3 day blast which consists of 3 shakes a day for 3 days along with plenty of water and thermo and other products to keep you going.  The results are amazing

Weight 171lbs  -2.8lbs

chest 88cm  -1

waist 86cm  -3

hips  -2

thigh  54cm  -1

BMI 24.4  -0.5

Body Fat 49.8lb -1.3

BF% 28.7% -0.7%

Water 50.7%  -0.8

In all I have now lost 9lb and 26cm in only 4 weeks, and the products are so versatile, I am finding new recipes for the shakes every day.

Anyone who wants to lose some weight would be well advised to try Herbalife out as it does really work

Joe is also on the products and has now put on 2lb in his aim to put on a stone.

Only been to the gym 3 times this week but had a good work out each time and we both plan on going tomorrow, prior to tackling the ironing.

wow great day quiet morning then went to gym, spent afternoon sat outside just chillin out, then a nice chicken salad for dinner.  Just had a soak in bath found burnt bits - ouch - gonna get Joe to put on after sun quiet night with glass of wine then bed - perfect
Weather today has been great and more for tomorrow forecast - maybe the summer they promised has finally arrived - wonderful.  Couple of possible prospects so we will see what happens there

Well we had a very constructive day in belfast giving out leaflets and body fat testing 1st time to learn,enjoyable and good company,relaxed tonight in local bar (the Tivoli) possible customers from the visit.

Had dinner and now having a quiet night with a bottle of wine
Going into Belfast tomorrow to do Body Fat Testing with some other Herbalife distributors which should be very informative and interesting.
Gonna go have a nice soak in a warm bath ease my tired feet but taking my wine with me lol

Well we had a constructive few hours leafleting and got quite a few delivered now awaiting the results alma has been busy making notes and finding more useful tools to use i sit and watch and learn she's a great teacher lol and its  been a good night and very relaxing, might even have someone to invite to the webinar this coming Monday.

well I hope the weather stays dry coz we are going out to deliver flyers to some places around the town.  Hopefully this will get people to start calling to enquire what we are all about.
Was feeling really good until someone who obviously doesn't know much about Herbalife started slating it live on the radio at lunchtime today but I am sure we will have the last laugh
It really is a good product and not just about drinking shakes all the time it is so much more than that and just shows that people need to know more about Herbalife and the whole philosophy behind it.  After all it has been going for more than 30 years so something must be right

Tuesday Night

Well had a good workout at the gym and home again now; had dinner and now checking emails and stuff before we watch webinar for Herbalife - these are really good and anyone who is interested in a career with Herbalife should try and attend the one on a Monday night at 9pm.  They are free to attend and give loads of useful information

Well it is now time to go to the gym and meet Joe.  Got some stuff to take over to charity shop first get rid of some old clothes which are no good

June 28th

well we have now started as independent distributors with Herbalife, and from using the products for only 2 weeks we both feel so much better already.  I have lost weight but more importantly the inches are going which was the problem I had previously.  I am now down to a SIZE 14 which is a place I never thought I would ever be and it feels good
Joe has loads of energy and no longer comes in and falls asleep in front of the TV within minutes when he gets home from work
The products taste great and are so easy to use with so many different flavours and variations of shake as well as the meal replacement bars and other stuff.
We have gone out and done some flyers around the town but more to be done, and we were out on festival day on Saturday too.
